NNE Pharmaplan offers Six Sigma Green Belt training as a 5-day course dedicated to the pharmaceutical and related industries. The course will focus on presenting core statistical concepts and techniques using JMP® software from SAS.
The course is laid out to provide a comprehensive stand-alone package to facilitate independent analysis of data. The Six Sigma DMAIC project cycle will be briefly mentioned, but emphasis will be on the statistical tools. The course will include case study exercises and work-based projects to enable hands-on learning.
Following the course, the participants will be able to define and map value creating processes with a need for improvement and to measure, analyse and evaluate them on an objective statistical basis. Additionally, the participants will be able to improve processes and anchor the solutions.
